Like the rest of our growing company, our pre-press department has been expanding to meet the demands of our customers. With new imagesetting equipment we are now able to create our own high resolution films used in our flexo plate making process. We can hold a clean 150dpi image, resulting in crisp and clear 4-color process labels.

Our pre-press department can assist you in designing an attractive label for your product. If you have an outside designer we can work with them to ensure that your labels will print clean.

Many print shops have an outside company making films and plates for them. We have all of the capabilities, to do everything in-house, giving us complete control over the printing process and a quicker turn around. The entire process is done here, in one place.

Our experienced graphic artists use industry standard design programs to create stunning custom graphics for your product.

State of the art film imaging device is used to create high resolution films, allowing us to offer the highest quality printing.

We accept multiple file formats from other designers and offer ideas and advice to designer to ensure that your labels will print as clean as possible.

The Pantone® Color matching system is used to assure color accuracy, or we can match colors to a sample that you provide.

A large selection of tooling is available for you to choose the size and shape of your label or we can custom order a tool to meet your labeling needs.

Laminations and UV varnishes can also be applied to provide a glossy appearance and will also enhance the wear resistance and moisture repelling characteristics of the final label.

Flexo labels are most commonly supplied on a roll for easy dispensing by machine or by hand application. Labels can also be supplied in sheet form for distribution by the customer for application onto the product as needed.
